Cinemo Achieves Top Employer Status for Second Year Running

Top Employer 2024 certification underlines company’s commitment to delivering excellence in the work environment

Karlsruhe, Germany, February 16, 2024—Cinemo, a global leader and highly innovative one-stop-shop provider for fully integrated digital media products, today announces that the company has once again gained Top Employer in Germany status for 2024, by the globally-recognized Top Employers Institute.

The 2024 certification is the second in a row, after the company’s initial Top Employer certification that it gained immediately in 2023. The certification highlights Cinemo’s continuous work of providing an attractive working and development environment.

The Top Employers Institute certifies organizations based on the participation and results of its HR Best Practices Survey. The survey covers six HR domains consisting of 20 topics, which includes areas such as people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity, equity and inclusion, and wellbeing.
