Position Description

You will be part of our Department of Customer Project Management.
As a Technical Customer Success Manager you will support the customers at any stage of the customer lifecycle including the product discovery process (self-service access to new products, managing subscriptions), building loyalty by ensuring optimal usage of our subscription-based products. CARS is a product group enabling an enhanced user experience on AAOS systems.

You will support customers in making best usage of our online platform by directly enriching it with new content, collaborating closely with the Portfolio Management and Software Engineering departments to further enhance the platform with new content, reflect new product requirements or to address technical issues identified.
You will provide technical support to customers facing challenges in integrating our products into their environment.

This role requires an energetic and motivated individual who works well in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Have a proactive approach towards customers that enables Cinemo to maximise the value it receives from the use of Cinemo’s subscription-based products, by ensuring that customers have a good experience identifying, selecting and using our subscription-based products.
  • Be the first-line support for issues reported by the customer in all aspects of using the webstore and successfully using our products.
  • Have a deep technical understanding of the CARS products enabling you to perform initial technical problem analysis.
  • Enrich the online knowledge database with answers to functional and technical questions helping further customers to better use our products.
  • Act as interface between the Portfolio Management and the SW Engineering team for requirements of new features
  • Define initiatives to increase the customer loyalty in long term perspective.

Experience & Skills

  • College/university degree
  • Understanding of software engineering processes with complex technical issues
  • Experienced with Android
  • Successful track record in a customer support role in the software industry
  • Experience with online services
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for efficient collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and for managing the team members.
  • Well-organized with high attention to detail
  • Interest in next-generation multimedia
  • Proficiency in English
  • Experience within the automotive sector is a plus.
