You will be part of our Department of Customer Project Management.
As a Technical Customer Success Manager you will support the customers at any stage of the customer lifecycle including the product discovery process (self-service access to new products, managing subscriptions), building loyalty by ensuring optimal usage of our subscription-based products. CARS is a product group enabling an enhanced user experience on AAOS systems.
You will support customers in making best usage of our online platform by directly enriching it with new content, collaborating closely with the Portfolio Management and Software Engineering departments to further enhance the platform with new content, reflect new product requirements or to address technical issues identified.
You will provide technical support to customers facing challenges in integrating our products into their environment.
