Position Description

This role requires you to work closely with various teams in the business including Sales, Customer Project Management, Quality Engineering, Software Engineering and IT Support to monitor the execution of their processes through internal process compliance checks. Additionally, you will plan, coordinate and play an active role as a co-assessor in external compliance assessments of our projects, products and processes. As a Process Analyst, under the leadership of the Quality Assurance Manager you will be required to conduct and oversee the “plan do check act” actions to ensure that Cinemo’s high quality in-vehicle infotainment solutions are in compliance with regulatory, corporate and customer standards/requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the customer interface regarding Software Compliance topics (including but not limited to ASPICE, ISO9001 etc.)
  • Assess project quality by planning & performing internal audits, assessments, process compliance checks, proactive investigations
  • Support the definition of the necessary corrective & preventive actions
  • Perform product & process quality and compliance check for customer deliveries & give recommendations
  • Record, monitor & track the non-conformances until closure
  • Build statistics, dashboards & analyze trends
  • Ensure independent & transparent reporting of compliance status of the projects to management and stakeholders
  • Plan, support and facilitate external Audits & Assessments
  • Ensure Deployment/Roll out of defined processes to projects
  • Set up/maintain Quality Assurance plan & perform the activities accordingly
  • Gap analysis among organization processes and industry standard processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in organization processes/guidelines

Experience & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Software development -Test lifecycle & fundamentals (e.g. Requirement, Architecture-Design, SW Units-components, classes, Interfaces, build-integration, Verification-Validation, Static code analysis, traceability etc.)
  • Software development experience (product/test/tool development or similar)
  • Fluent in SW tools: Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, SonarQube, BitBucket etc.
  • Ability to investigate proactively
  • Strong knowledge of VDA ASPICE PRM.
  • Experience in conducting comprehensive internal compliance audits and/or Assessments (particularly ASPICE)
  • Good to have Intacs Provisional Assessor (Automotive SPICE®) certification
  • Familiarity with Automotive Infotainment domain & various other industry standards (e.g. ISO9001, ISO21434, ISO27001) is a plus
  • Working in a cross-cultural team
