You will be part of our Team Infrastructure and Support and lead and oversee the day-to-day operations for all internal support topics. You will lead and instruct the other IT support specialists to select, implement, and oversee the systems and equipment used by the employees, including ticketing programs and any automated self-service tools.
You establish and enforce department policies, guidelines, and user support standards. You will also drive strategic planning and major initiatives.
This role requires an open and motivated individual who actively lives the service attitude and loves to help other employees. Leadership skills and good project management abilities will help to drive internal projects and standards.
For this role regular office presence in Karlsruhe is mandatory.
