Position Description
You will be part of our Department of Customer Project Management.
As a Customer Support Engineer you will work directly with our customers for the successful integration of our product portfolio, mainly for the new CARS product line.
You will make sure, together with the Customer Success Managers, that the customers can successfully integrate our subscription-based products.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical customer support, analyse and solve customer problems
- Reproduce customer issues and support engineering teams with investigation results
- Plan, manage and test customer releases
- Proactively drive the resolution of project and customer issues
- Enrich the CARS product line knowledge base and documentation
- Report new product use cases or feature possibilities to product development
- Anticipate customer technical needs
Experience & Skills
- Bachelor’s degreeUnderstanding of software engineering processes with complex technical issues
- Significant experience in a similar role
- Very good knowledge of Kotlin and optionally C++ programming languages
- Very good knowledge and experience with Android
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for efficient collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Well-organised with high attention to detail
- Interest in next-generation multimedia
- Experience in using Atlassian and ServiceDesk Tools
- Proficiency in English
Nice to have:
- Experience in the automotive sector
- Experience in Automotive Android OS
- Experience in SaaS solutions
